Standard: Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (level 1 support);  Advantage Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00pm (level 2 support) 24/7 (level 1 support); Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (dedicated Service rep) includes advantage and standard support
