Issue 

When attempting to leverage the Apple Quick Start feature of Automated Device Enrollment to automatically set up the iOS device with the same settings as those of a nearby iOS device, the user is presented with an error stating, “Profile Installation Failed. The profile ‘soti.net.all’ must be installed interactively”. 

Affects 

This issue affects Apple devices running iOS versions less than iOS 13.3.1.  

Cause 

A known iOS issue that affects all Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.  

Resolution 

Apple resolved this issue in iOS 13.3.1, so all customers are encouraged to update their iOS devices to this version or higher.
