Yes, there is a long outstanding bug that is affecting the TC8000 and TC70 devices from Zebra (both the same chipset and device family).


Unfortunately there is still no fix yet available, but Zebra & SOTI are working together to reduce the crashing. The TC8000 and TC70 basically don't have enough memory to support the advancements in the agent. 


You can mitigate the end user impact by getting rid of the SOTI Lockdown if you're using it and switching to the Zebra Enterprise Home screen. The agent crashes will continue but the end user impact will be masked.
