What foreground scripts have you tried?
Have you checked the low-powered mode configured on the problmatic devices? And the regular schedule-update history of the each problematic device from the device log accessible on your MobiControl web-console? Have such devices been out of contact with the server for very long time or after some specific time (e.g. MobiControl upgrade or hosting server patching, etc.)?
I manually updated the software to Android 4.4.4 and this issue does not seem to happen again.
Any known issues with 4.1.1?
Recently i faced this issue too, the device is using cellular data and the user already turn ON the device.
But it show offline at MC console.
I set Doze Mode : OFF through feature control, despite this, from 80 devices, it's only show around 40-50 online devices.
It's uncomfortable because when IT helpdesk want to RC the device, user should turn off and turn on again the cellular data so device can appear online at MC console.
Anyone know what to check?
