Does Soti support android 10. I can't seem to get pixel 3a to connect to enrollment server. Prior to android 10 update had no issues connecting

Hi Tim,
I believe you meant using "afw#mobicontrol". Did you see any warning/error message on your device screen in your enrollment attempt, or any warning/error messages in the DS/MS//DSE log files?

couple other things. If doing a factory reset on android 10 you do not have option to enter afw#mobicoltrol anymore. That set up screen to enter afw#mobicontrol does not come up after a reset
