Hi,
I was wondering why iOS is requesting to install the iTunes app to install other apps.
So devices are DEP enrolled, but when opening the app catalog (pushed from SOTI) and selecting an app ti install, I get following message:
App installation:
Log in to iTunes to allow "MdmServerX" managing and installing apps...
Why does iTunes need to be installed and how to fix this?

Can you verify that the assignment type for the application you are trying to install is set to Device Based instead of User Based? More information on this here.
