Application profile in status "Pending Install"

Application profile in status "Pending Install"

Good day.
The application does not work correctly. Decided to reinstall. One package has been removed, the second has been assigned to the device. Since then in the "pending installation" status.

A week has passed since the appointment, nothing has changed

How to make the application install? or where to look at what moment it stopped?

Hi Olga,

 

Thanks for posting in SOTI CENTRAL.

 

Under the profiles tab, right-click the profile and select Retry Profile Installation. This will retry installing the profile only on devices which have a status of Failed or Installed Partially. This may resolve your problem.

Hi,

There is no such item on the profiles tab. Right-clicking brings up the normal browser menu.
In the configuration of the device, I already clicked the "Forced reinstallation of the package" button. Nothing changed.
