Automate setting MobiControl UsageTracking Setting in Android Settings?

I recently setup a telecom expense management rule to monitor data usage across our Samsung Tab E Android devices.  I pushed out the rule to a group of the devices I want to monitor but found a user must activate the setting manually on the tablet.  I pushed this out to a couple hundred devices in vehicles where we do not want the user to have to do this manually.  Is there anyway I can programmatically make these changes?

Also, I tried to monitor the changes as I did it manually by running the watchsettings on script on a device but I don't believe I got relevant data from the logging. It appears to have logged that multi-window is being enabled/disabled, but then I can see in the last entry that the usage permission setting was granted.

See below:

2018-03-08    10:51:09 AM        Custom log (URI:content://settings/ SETTING:multi_window_enabled VALUE:0)

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, this may be by design so that the user has to provide permission to allow usage data tracking by "agreeing" to allow the application to access this data manually.

We use the watchsettings on script as well but my testing has has brought about similar results.

Regards,
