Black screen during remote control session on certain app

Black screen during remote control session on certain app

I am currently using Android Enterprise to manage my Samsung Galaxy Tab A's.  I can perform a remote control session fine with the tablets but when I open our Clover Go payment processing app the screen goes black on my end?  Is this a config setting in SOTI or could it be Clover is blocking this for security purposes?

Thanks for requesting an answer from SOTI CENTRAL.

 

There are some applications which restrict customers to remote control and taking screenshot as application vendor disables the screen capture capability of these applications to avoid security breach. Could you please confirm with the developers of the Application?

I thought that could be the case.  However on our Galaxy Tab E's enrolled through Android + we can successfully remote control through this Clover application.  Why would it not work with the Tab A's through Android Enterprise?

Please check if the following feature is disabled on the Tab A enrolled as Android Enterprise and let us know if you are able to Remote control on all other applications right now.

Disabling that feature does not allow me to see the Clover app screen during a remote session.  Yes I am able to view all other applications.  Is this a restriction of Android Enterprise or Samsung Knox?
