BYOD enrollment can't install app from Google Play

Hi everyone, so i just enrolled 1 device to MC, it's BYOD enrollment and i restrict the google Play.

Strange thing is the mandatory apps didn't automatically installed in my Work Profile.

When i tried to download and install it manually, after download the app notification come out and said, This App can't be installed.

Anyone experience this?

The only profile i push to the device is only Authentication Profile, so the user need to type password before login to Work Profile.

Hope someone can help me sove this issue!

Hi Randy,

 

If the Google Play app is blacklisted(restricted), the apps on the Application Catalog will not install on the device. Can you please remove the Google Play from the Blacklist and try pushing the same Application Catalog again?

Thank you for your post, can you please provide steps you performed to enroll a device?

Also please provide agent version and MobiControl version.
