Server Error

Server Error

Hi,

Everytime I try to move a device between folders I receive an internal server error message.

 

I'm also unable to enrol new devices, they show 'enrolled' but the agent is disconnected.

 

We've recently upgraded our licence to allow more devices, does this take time to become live?

 

This is quite urgent as we need to build 400 devices by Wednesday!

If the server is hosted on your end please restart the MobiControl services and let me know if this works for you.

Also, which version of MobiControl are you in?

Hi,

 

We don't host the server, we have a cloud service.  We're using version 13.4.
