VPP Applications To Install on IOS Devices Fails

After we enrolled the device,  App Catalog is installed on the device successfully.  

We have some apps that we distribute via vpp account. Everything was working fine but now It doesn't install the app.

When we click install button in app catalog(Web clip that list apps to be installed), Soti  give the message of cant be installed contact to the administrator.

 

When ı try to refresh vpp account it says 

 

I have just downloaded the vpp token and uploaded it

 

Any help will be very useful

Hello Metin, 

 

I see that the issue your having seems to be similar and probably pertains to a known issue that was happening in November.  I have looked into similar cases and found that some needed the assistance of a Technical Support Specialist to resolve.  I have included a link for quick reference of the issue.

Hello Support Staff,

We tried a lot with soti support specialists but couldn't solve the issue 

would you please provide some information about the issue to the case created.

Enrolling ios device works,

Pushing an Appstore App works,

 VPP App push wont working

This is an issue just blocks everything.

I didn't write case number to you when you answered because I didn't understand your message
