Can't access wifi after locking down SAMSUNG Active Pro tablet

New here. 

We turned off a lot of features in an attempt to make the system 'locked down' using Mobicontrol.

We must have input the incorrect wifi password, but have locked out the ability to join a wifi network.

With the settings menu turned off to factory reset, the inability to join wifi we seem to have bricked the tab.

Powering off the device and accessing the menu via VOLUME UP and POWER there isn't a "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" option.

We are unable to use this tablet for anything until factory reset or joined to wifi.

Is the Mobicontrol device agent included as an item in your lockdown menu?

Have you previously deployed any profile with authentication payload onto the device?  If so, has the device administrator password with the payload been configured?

Has the disable safe mode feature-control option been deployed onto the device?

Is the tablet a Wifi-only tablet?

If the tablet has NFC, you can try to share wifi connection via NFC from an other mobile device. Or if the tablet is able to scan QR-Codes, you can do the same qith a Wifi-QR.

But in general i recommend NOT to lock the ability to wipe the device. Otherwise (for example) if someone has set a device pin/password/pattern/... and you don't know it or forget it, the only possibility you have is to send it to repair center to unlock it and normally they also want the belonging invoice (IMEI has to be visible there) send with it i(f it's an authorized repair center).
