Can we perform OS update and Security patch update for Android devices (Below OS version12) via SOTI console, version 14.2.2.1170 ?
-> If, Yes please help us with valid links or instructions to do so
-> If, No please provide us the reason why.
-> Also, will this be an option post upgrading the console to version 15.x or not
That depends at least on
1. The brand and model of the device of interest
2. Whether OEM specific classical Android Plus agent or generic Android-Enterprise device agent is used to enroll the device

As RC has pointed out it is very much manufacturer dependent. OS Updates can be pushed from and applied via SOTI on manufacturers like Zebra and Honeywell as those manufacturers provide OS Update files for devices that are covered under software maintenance contracts as well as install mechanisms that can be triggered via SOTI.

Hi Prikesh, you are using Samsung devices, so you should be able to configure that in Samsung's E-FOTA. But i never worked with that so can't help with setting this up etc. but I'm pretty sure someone here has already and can maybe help you with that.
I only know that there's a global setting to add Samsung E-FOTA Credentials (also take a look here: https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v15.5/en/search.html?searchQuery=E-FOTA).

My company sells Samsung E-FOTA solution to governmental and commercial customers in Hong Kong. Please note that E-FOTA is not free, and you have to set up your devices associated with your corporate account in a dedicated Samsung portal. However, it is a stable, proven and full-flown firmware upgrade solution for Samsung devices only.
