I'm very new to SOTI, and I'm looking to produce some custom reports. I downloaded the i-net Clear Reports Designer that was linked to in SOTI's Reports tab, but I wasn't sure how to set SOTI as the data source within the Reports Designer. Which driver should I use, and how do I find the User, Password, Host, and Database? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

May I ask what version of MobiControl you are on and what information (fields) would you like to pull for the report?
I consulted with Professional Services and unfortunately there are no public facing documents on creating Custom Reports - in fact, Custom Report requests are actually within the scope of Professional Services which is a paid service.
However, MobiControl introduced custom columns in version 14 which makes it possible for users to create custom queries in the new Search interface and lets you export the results as a CSV file.
You can find this in the Columns View of the new Device View interface:
From here you can select the columns you want to display and export as a CSV:
This should provide you with the ability to create custom reports without the need of using Clear Reports.
