When deleting a file in the content library it asks to delete all versions but when deleting it only deletes one version instead of all versions. Is there something stopping this from deleting all or a workaround?
What the the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server? Is it an on-premises or a cloud server instance?
Have you tried successfully removing one version after another if you cannot delete all in one go?
This is a 15.4 server. Can delete each version individually but not in bulk

Could you please let us know if it is the latest version or the oldest version that is getting deleted once you trigger the "delete all" option? Also please let me know if it is an on-premise or a cloud instance?
