Please answer the following questions to better assist you.
- Are your devices doing checking with MC and showing online in Webconsole?
- Did you upgrade/migration or made any recent change on the server?
- Is this issue related to any specific device model or agent version?
- Do you have multi-DS environment ?

- Devices show online in mobicontrol
- We installed latest V13 in december 2020
- Issue occurs on Getac tablets, they are the ones trying to renew their certificate for now
- We have 1 MS and 4 DS
