yes, i did download from soti website and installed via package that's where I got that message in my soti agent configuration about managed google play

I have a policy that says not to let google play update, when i take off that policy it says it installed ok and no google play issues

but now i've run into another issue, after installed soti surf it's put may soti agent into remote view mode instead of remote work mode, why the heck did that happen?
