Hi Matthias,
Can you please try restarting the device/re-enrolling it again? It usually happens when the end device did not accept the Admin rights.

Hi both,
I created the agent through the SOTI site, and then downloaded the .APK file to the devices through the PC.
I have other devices installed with out any problems and with the same procedure.
The problem is also solved, I only copied the .apk file to the device and forgot the .ini file. As soon as I copied the .ini file to the device and run the Mobicontrol, it automatically connected to the server.
The only issue is now that when I go to the device in mobicontrol on the server, there is a red exclamation mark - and it says Administrative rights disabled,
Normally we are running with Windows CE, and this is one of the first devices we are using with Android, so it's some new things we have to learn :)
What is the Android firmware version of your new Samsung Tab Active 2?
Do you have similar problem enrolling device of other brands or models?
What is the build number of your MobiControl v13.4 server?
What are the version and build numbers of your device agent?

Can you please confirm how are you trying to enroll the Android device? Android Plus or Android Enterprise?
Also, how did you download the agent on the Samsung device? Is it from the Google Play Store or SOTI site?
By any chance, was this device previously enrolled into MobiControl?
