Enterprise Android - App Catalog, One app not installing
Are all devices managed under Android Enterprise Device Owner (Work Managed) or are they Work Profile?
Thanks for the reply. They are all enrolled through Google Zero Touch as Enterprise Work Managed. We did have the console upgraded from 14.? to 15.2 last week. Could that cause this kind of issue?
On those two affected devices, the ones that have Mandatory Apps that aren't installing. Can you run the below query (Agent Online = TRUE is not required) and advise of the results? Replace the Bundle ID, for example the 1st with the WhatsApp Bundle ID and second with the SOTI Surf bundle ID.
E.g. com.whatsapp / net.soti.surf

I had a similar issue. Turned out that as the andriod version was too old the app vendor was no longer supporting versions of andriod before version 7. This meant that although the app was in the device rule it would never install on the device. to get this to work you either had to upgrade the O/S version or replace the device.
Thought this may be relevant to you if these arent the newest devices with the later andriod versions.
Thanks for the reply. It seems like our issue has disappeared. We have enrolled tens of other devices without issue.
They are running Android 8.1
Must have been a bad day on the download server.
