We shouldn't have a problem updating your e-mail for the Discussion Forums. Please feel free to send me your new e-mail address and we will make the necessary changes to your account for you.
Naturally, if your e-mail has changed I would imagine that you also need your e-mail address changed for cases in Technical Support. Please confirm this is the case and I will get back to you regarding the process for updating this also.

Unfortunately, as the domain seems to have also changed we were unable to update your e-mail address in the Discussion Forum directly, due to security considerations.
VIA our Technical Support Department or your Account Manager, you can discuss updating your information if your company has made changes to the domain. If you are now at a new organization I have been advised that you may need a new account as the accounts are linked to your organization's profile at SOTI.
