According to https://www.soti.net/mc/help/javascriptapi/en/index.html there isn't a way to obtain a Device Build Number. But we do have a way to retrieve apiLevel and OS Version as you have already stated.

 

Regarding your request, I recommend you raise a Feature Request, you can do this through support@soti.net / support.eu@soti.net.
