Google Pixel 6a Device convert from Gesture to 3 button controls

I have some new devices that have been okay to work with that we are deploying with Android Enterprise and are in lockdown mode but by default launch with Gesture based controls. This is confusing some of my end users and I was hoping for a way to change them into the old Android 3 button option from within Soti.

I know that I can go into the settings within the device itself but I already have a few in the field and I was hoping to just change them without having to remote in and update them one at a time.

I am fairly new to the system but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Please tell here if you find a way ;)

We have faced this issue when the update to A11 was available for our devices. All updated devices were forced to gesture mode instead of 3 Button navigation. And this is not only pain to users, it's also pain for remote control where you can work way better with these 3 buttons instead of the gestures and the extra buttons from Soti on the right side in RC.

So, we finally change it manually on every device during enrollment and when we remote control a device and it'S not already set.
Maybe interesting to know: If you set this manually (for example on A10) even it's already the default one and get an update like A10->A11+, this setting stays. (Our experience for now)

We also asked the manufacturer of our devices if they can provide this feature in their OEM config app and they said they would have already something ready to do this but Google has restrictions in place that prevents changes in that part of the settings.
