I am assuming from the wording in your question that you have different applications from the ones you intend to provide access to in the lock down.   If this is the case these other application's that you expect to start at "startup" are not loading anymore.

 

If this is your issue try adding them as applications to your lockdown, this should allow them to continue to work through the lockdown.

 

Also if you do not intend to provide them as applications to the end users you will have to modify the template to not include the "icons" for these applications.
