How to delete/reset my email account from SOTI MobiControl older version?

Dear SOTI support,

 

I have done enterprise bindings my email address (samran.phumkhokrak@honeywell.com)  by the SOTI Mobicontrol previous version around year 2018 and I never delete it.

 

Now we have a new demo portal which is https://honeywelldemov14.mobicontrolcloud.com/MobiControl/WebConsole/home/global-settings/EnterpriseBindings 

 

When i like to add my existing email to this new portal, it said "You have already signed up with this enterprise".

But i can't see my email adress in the Managed Enterprise email list.

 

Please advise how to move my email address to current portal.

Do you mean you have another older MobiControl server still running since 2018?  Or did you have the database from that old MobiControl server migrated for running on your new cloud instance at https://honeywelldemov14.mobicontrolcloud.com and the old server is shut down now?

I found the way to fixed it alread, Thank you.

steps:

1. Signin google account

2. visit https://play.google.com/work/adminsettings

3. Delete Organization
