In the web Console, click the server tab and go to the Global Settings panel. There should be a "Global Proxy Settings" yellow spanner icon you can click on.

Put your proxy settings there.

If the Device requires proxy access to the Internet in order for the device agents to connect to the Deployment Server you can use the following settings in the "Deployment Server Tab" in the "Admin Utility" on an (on premise instance). Update the "Primary Agent Address" with the settings in the below format depending on your requirements:

www Proxy:

http://<Username>:<Password>@<Proxy Server>:<Proxy Port>/<Deployment Server Address>:<Deployment Server Port>

Socks Firewall/Proxy:

socks://<Username>:<Password>@<Proxy Server>:<Proxy Port>/<Deployment Server Address>:<Deployment Server Port>

or

socks://<Proxy Server>:<Proxy Port>/<Deployment Server Address>:<Deployment Server Port>

On a Web Console instance, click the "Server Tab" and go to the "Global Settings" Panel. There should be a "Global Proxy" Setting. Click on the "Yellow Spanner" icon to the right.
