We use CT50 & CT60 and we want to push our microsoft email exchange configurations to these devices. But when i tried to add the confugurations to an Android plus profile and install the profile, i saw the device logs show "feature not supported (EXCHANGE)". In SOTI help doc it shows Active sync is not supported on Honeywell devices.

So what is the alternate method we have to send email configurations to our Honeywell Android devices ? Please advise

Our aim is that when the user open an email client from the device, it should ask only his user name and password and then his emails messages should be downloaded to the device from the mail server.
