Please provide more details :
- Firmware version of your 5s and 7s
- Version and build number of Mobicontrol server and device agent
- Whether the devices are DEP or non-DEP devices
- What modes did you use for VPP (redemption code ? device-based? user-based?)
- What apps did you add in your app catalogue rule? Their version number shown in your saved rule? The latest version number shown in the app store? Are such app previously installed manually with personal AppleID (i.e. non-VPP) account?
Our problem solved by soti support team it was because of ios devices sending to much request to the server, so support team increased request limits in mobi control db
