You probably have not modified the corresponding Nth kiosk item entry in the html lockdown menu template to use  <MCDispImgN> rather than <MCExeIconN>.

Hi Raymond,

This does not solve the issue.

No icon visible.

Any other idea ?

Are you using the default html template that comes with your MobiControl server installation? Or did you make many changes or use a completely differently html tempate for your kiosk?  If so, one has to examine the html template carefully before proposing any possible fix.

How many items are there in your lockdown menu?   Which item is the one that you have problem?  If it is the first item,  then N= 0 and you therefore should use  MCDispImg0 rather than MCExeIcon0 in your html template.

How big is your .png icon file?  Have you tried using a small (say 36x36 or 48x28 pixels) icon?
