Log a case

Hello,
I want to open a "log a case" but I can't validate the request. I have this message "Missing mandatory values!" although all the fields are filled.

You can also log a case directly via email based on my experience.

Just include this on your message:

  • Client name
  • Reseller name (if applicable)
  • Mobicontrol Version
  • Registration Code
  • Issue/Inquiry
  • Contact number

Benedict is correct that cases can also be submitted by e-mailing support@soti.net .  After doing so you will receive an e-mail with your case number and a Technical Support Specialist will reach out to you. 

 

For assistance with the issue you are experiencing in creating the case, feel free to create a case VIA e-mail address and discuss this with your SOTI Technical Support Specialist privately if the details are private, if not please provide a screenshot and we can try to assist you here.
