You can also log a case directly via email based on my experience.
Just include this on your message:
- Client name
- Reseller name (if applicable)
- Mobicontrol Version
- Registration Code
- Contact number
Benedict is correct that cases can also be submitted by e-mailing email@example.com . After doing so you will receive an e-mail with your case number and a Technical Support Specialist will reach out to you.
