Did they ever get a fix for you?
Application was added a few days ago and still no sign of it, I'm working a case with Soti support to see what went wrong.
Hi Daniel,
Google server hosting Managed Google Play may sometimes be down for a few hours for maintenance, or sometimes your device Google Play support services related modules have to be upgraded first before normal operation can be resumed.
With Managed Play you are at the mercy of the Google servers. Do not expect to be able to push out immediate app updates to devices as you will be waiting in the Play queue which could take 10 minutes or could take several hours.
Hey, following up on this. i never saw my issue resolved "right away" but i did notice that when i came into work the next morning, the applications were all there. i am wondering if it just takes a few hours or some longer time. after a day did your applications show up?
I'm having the exact same issue.
The app is approved and listed in the play store my managed apps, the application catalogue rule is set to mandatory and hitting the container the device is in. I've tried deleting the work profile/re-enrollment etc and the application catalogue is still blank, and the app doesn't install. The only related log is a device is missing mandatory application.
This is the only application catalogue rule.
Server 14.4.5.1048
Agent 14.1.3.1027
Device TC75x Android 8
So I had a case with SOTI about this. We've discovered the issue is due to a limitation in MobiControl where you can only have 30 Application Catalogue rules. Please try reducing the number of rules you have and see how you get on.
I have also had this issue on Agent Build 14.1.1, My 'work around' which may not work for you is to factory reset the device and re-enroll it, Are you able to give that a go on one of your devices?
We're having the same issue too with agent version 14.1.1 Build 1003. We have it on all versions of Android. They don't appear in the Managed Google Play Store or in the Application Catalog of the MobiControl app. These new apps have been set to Mandatory.

Open Mobicontrol app on device and check if apps are showing under Application Catalog section?
Under Application Catalog rule in Web console, did you assigned as Mandatory or suggested app? If suggested, user needs to install manually. If you want auto install then push as Mandatory.
