You are on a very old version of MobiControl. lucky for you this issue has been documented by the Support team way back on October 20th 2009.


The problem is that the Crystal Reports engine was not installed properly on your machine when you installed MobiControl Manager. Re-installing MobiControl Manager with your installer should resolve the issue.


Better yet, you should upgrade. Legacy versions of MobiControl are not supported by the development team and the Technical Support team may have difficulties in resolving issues from legacy versions. You should be on the latest release MR or the last previous major version for support. As of the time of writing this the current release is 13.3 and the last previous major version is 12.4. When v14 is released we will drop development support for v12.4.
