The log lines don't give a clear enough picture of the issue. Can you make sure that you're utilizing the latest agent available for your MobiControl server, then reproduce the issue and look at the key times. Does the \PKCtrlSv.log then demonstrate the issue further?
I also suggest you revoke and re-install the profile on your test device a few times, is the issue reproduced every time or only a few times on your Honeywell 7800 device?
