Hello,

we work with soti mobicontrol on version v13.3.3454

We have the device zebra tc75x with client version mobicontrol on 13 6 0 1476

I have a profil who have some authorized number and not authorized numbers

I have deploy this profile yesturday and only on two device that doesn't work ..

It's work on many device ...

SAME Zebra TC75X under android 7

when driver try to call some phone number it's not possible ...

Profile is on status -> installed 

Any idea ?

I've try to reboot the device but nothing work...

Thank you for posting your concern!

Are all the devices of Zebra TC75x on the MobiControl web-console have same configurations and OS version?

Are they enrolled using same method?

If no, what are the major differences between them?

Hello DDMOD,

Yes samed device zeba TC75X android 7.1

It's so strange, i've try multiple reboot nothing work actually.

I will try to remove and apply again the profile and see what's happen.

If you have any idea don't hesitate ..
