Hi Natalie,
Feature Request has already been raised to have a feature/scripts to shutdown the Android Enterprise devices from the web-console in the future builds of MobiControl.
Please follow the release notes of SOTI MobiControl to get an update on the improvements done on the new release.

Hi,
yes please can the issue be raised, as its a really important feature to us.
Thanks
Hi,
I tried sending both shutdown and shutdown 25 and they were both unsupported.
Thanks
Hi Natalie,
As per the solution on this post, please send the below legacy script to turn off the device:
shutdown [delay]
Where delay is a time period in seconds.
Example:
To turn off the device:
shutdown
To turn off the device in 25 seconds:
shutdown 25
Share the outcome if this solution works for you.

Hello Natalie,
Thank you for your post, unfortunately we do not have shutdown script for Android Enterprise devices as they are Managed devices.
But we can raise feature request by creating Support Ticket.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns,

Hello,
We currently use: MobiControl Version 15.0.1.1181., our Android version is Android 9, Agent version is 14.1.6.1018 and we use an Enterprise solution.
The script commands I have tried are:
What are the version and build numbers of your device agent?
What script command(s) did you send?
