Problem MDM status update (ios)

Good Morning,

Is there a problem with the connection between the ios devices and the mdm system?

The last connection that appears in "MDM Status Update" is today at 10 for all IOS devices.

Hi Jorge,

 

I wanted to check if you are referring to Device Check-in (MDM Client) for individual device. Since there can be a update schedule for Apple devices which can be found under 

 

Group details>Configurations>Apple update Schedule

screenshot included for reference

 

You can change update Schedule as per your requirements. This schedule request for Device Check-in. Please let me know of you have any other question. Thank you

The problem is solved. My APNs certificate was expired.
