Profile data is temporarily unavaible
The problem can be related to stale data in MC v14 search module. If so, try to set a more frequent sync interval.
Your problem may also have been solved in more recent patch version(s) of MobiControl. You have to consult Soti support team or look into the release notes of new version to see if there are any related improvements in newer version.
As @Raymond Chan suggested, your issue will require a support case. If this has already been resolved please let us know.
