Profile has a hard time installing, agent keeps disconnecting?

hey everyone, 

ever since upgrading our SOTI to a newer version, the device profiles that we assign to our tablets will not load unless i revoke it and reinstall it. it seems the profile will get about halfway installed and then it sits there and takes a while. i have also noticed that the agent will not stay connected. the devices we are using are Samsung Tab A's with verizon and ATT

What was the  version and build numbers of your MobiControl server before the upgrade?

What are the version and build numbers of the device agent? 

Do you experience same problem with other device agent(s)?  What about with other device brand/model(s) or other device platform (say iOS, Win10, etc.)?

the version was 13.5 i believe and ill have to verify what agent was used. it was still the older blue radar icon. once i am in office i will verify.

Can you also provide information, what is the device OS and how devices are enrolled Android Plus or Android Enterprise?

we were also facing same issue on Soti agent 13.5  and after upgrade to 13.8 issue got resolved .
