Hello all,

 

we work with soti server on version : 13.3.0.3454

Our mobile is zebra tc75x with agent version on : 13.6.0 build 1476 (android +)

 

All works fine, but with just one device it's not possible to make a remote connection !

and we don't know why ...

this option is visible but disable (context menu)

 

I've search but nothing found for to ENABLE again this setting ...

Anyone have an idea ?

Hi Christophe,

This is not a bad setup, but a bug that has been apparent for sometime since SOTI 13.1 that has not been resolved in the latest MR releases for 13.4.0 Build 3985 and 14.3.0 Build 3144 and their latest bound agents (13.6.16XX and above for Zebra). I am working on implementing this fix for multiple customers that I manage.

But could you tell me, how it's possible to disable the remote ?

Perhaps we have made some bad operation on this device ?

Try sending the following to the device when its online
