If you have another web-console administrator account with access to console security functions such as managing user account and permissions,  you can use that account to reset the password of the problematic administrator account.

 

If you are locked out of ALL administrator account(s) with console security permission, then you have to contact Soti support to open an official support ticket.  There is a mechanism using command-line tool for resetting administrator password.  They have to confirm you are the owner/official technical contact for the server concerned, and there is a token exchange mechanism to complete the reset.  So, Soti support team doesn't need to have access to your server (and you don't need to reconfigure your firewall to allow them to remotely access the server).
