Hi Edgar,
This answer may not be what you are looking at performing on your devices because it was a complete Hail-Mary on my part for ours.
I had to remove every app that was related to the Samsung Knox Workspace from all of our A5's and S7s with Android V9(280 devices) because after being on Soti for approximately one month without Samsung Knox being used, Knox Workspace locked out our phones.
So basically I had to create a profile to remove all of the Knox workspace apps from our phones using a blacklist under the Application Run Control configuration settings.
Here is the list of apps I was able to determine that were linked to the Knox Workspace:
This may or may not work for you. I recommend testing this on a specific testing device prior to trying it anywhere else.
Once you factory wipe the phone, the apps will reappear back into the system apps listing.
Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions
Hi Edgar,
This would require further troubleshooting and need to check the agent and server logs to land on solution. Can you please raise a support case(click here) or call SOTI Support team(click here) to assist you ASAP?

Hello
The server has SHA2 root certificate. Other Android 10 are enrolled and managed without problems.
But these devices A10s that lost connection to server after upgrade to Android 10 are now without Knox.
Hi Edgar,
Thanks for the post!
Can you please confirm if the Deployment server of your MobiControl is bound to SHA2 certificate to manage the Android 10 devices?
