soti agent on device offline

soti agent on device offline

I have a few devices that are almost always offline. these have a very good internet connection (4g). if i go to soti agent on the device and press disconnect, then connect again. then i see the device online for a few seconds and again it goes offline.

Mobicontrol Version: 15.1.3.
device: bluebird ef500r with android 6.0.1

can you help me with this please.

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.

 

This is likely a Doze Mode issue, make sure to disable it via a Feature Control Profile Configuration.

 

Note: "Disabling this option negates any battery optimizations provided by doze mode and will use additional battery power to stay connected." [1]

Hi JCMOD@SOTI,

 

thanks for your reaction, the profile i used is pushed to about 30 devices, and of those 30, 3 are struggling with the issue.
is there any other way to test this. with a script or something.

Try this script:

writeprivateprofstring DeviceFeature DisableDozeMode 1
apply featurecontrol

 

The above is an alternative method that is quick and efficient.

i get the next error:
