SOTI assist integration with Zendesk
SOTI Assist provides REST APIs that enable integration with third party solutions, including Zendesk. To enable Zendesk call SOTI Assist APIs, you must first generate a client ID and Secret for Zendesk to use. Go to Settings > Integration > Assist Integration, and add Zendesk as an API client. We do have a published API set that allows for third party access to the SOTI Assist data. This allows for custom integration to other applications such as ZenDesk through coding or services.
