Hi Avshch,

Your Account Manager can help you purchase training on a variety of levels for all the products in the SOTI One platform.

Also, the "in product" Helpfile has information on almost every feature in the respective products.  Therefore if you decide to tackle any of the configurations by yourself our Technical Support Staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist you in getting your desired goal accomplished.

Can you be more specific as to what product you are you looking for training for?

I just dove back into the SysAdmin role after a nearly 15 year hiatus.
Among my questions like "What is a cloud?" and "Why does every 3 users have their own personal VM server now?", I need to figure out MDM.

I work for a small company that is actually split in two. One side manages property (about 2500 apartments) plus a "vineyard" for events, and the other side is concrete contracting business. Maybe 50 employees total. MDM needs are mainly for concrete company for now. 18 iPads plus to run some time tracking & field log apps for our supervisors. Plus we have some phones to manage. Might stretch to 50 devices overall.

Needs:
Ability to track via GPS so timesheets can be compared to employee locations.

192.168.l.lAbility to distribute monthly OSHA Tool Talk training docs, and have employees sign off on the training. (If there is a simple way to do this via Office 365 or something please tell me.)

Ability to lock, wipe, or restore device. (Seems all MDM products handle this.)

I'm looking at Soti MobiControl and ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus.

SOTI

PRO: SNAP app design tools, and it seems to be an industry leader with all the bells and whistles in the field.

routerloginCON: $7200 per year. You have to buy 100 licenses minimum.

ME MDM
PRO: Low cost. Looks to be under $1000.
CON: No app designer. Geofencing & tracking sounds a bit more limited.192.168.0.1
