Can you please confirm if this was an offline activation of MobiControl? This is an expected behavior if the MobiControl activation was done offline.
If you are planning to activate the SOTI Services, please follow the below post and enable the IP address mentioned to work on port 443.

what is an offline activiation ?
mobicontrol is install on our server and this server has no acces to internet.
But normally URL provides in the link are authorirezd in the fire wall.
I will check with the service network
