Hi,
I tried to install soti mobicontrol version 15.6.0 on a server using .net core 3.1 and Oracle java 11, after a while you get a warning to update .net core 3.1 and oracle java 11 on the server. Will if we update the latest one it will affect mobicontrol?

MobiControl 15.6.* requires .net Coe 3.1 you can use the latest Version of that.
Cause it is out of support.
When you have Buyed the License what allowes you to use a higher Verison as 9 -202 then go ahead.
Otherwise you have to use a other JAVA Solution.

Keep in Mind when you change Java or Update to a newer version to rerun the installer with the same version again.

As mentioned by Marcus above, .NET core can be upgraded to a later version as .NET has backwards compatibility with earlier versions.
I would recommend following the system requirements help document for the Java version, as this will need to be a specific version depending on your mobicontrol instance's version.
