On two same terminals, RC is available and not on the other one. How to handle this ?

To the one with the error in API, send following script:

_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
retryrcdetection
 
Afrer that: Send a Check-In as well and try again.

As suggested by Rafael , the script 

  _resetfailedrcdetectionflag

   restartagent                    

can be used  for device agent v13.6 or earlier.

For device agents newer than v13.6, the following can be used:

  retryrcdetection    

  restartagent

We figured out that the agent restart is not required (on our end), a checkin should be enough.

But interesting to know that the other both lines covering different agent versions because we got this at it is from the support in the very past. So we also may only need the last line + Checkin.
