Web Console greyed out and inaccessible - Admin utility

I'm not sure if anyone's able to assist and where I have gone wrong.

I have been tasked with setting up an entirely new Soti Mobicontrol server instance, for the most part all seems to be going well, however Web Console and MobiControl Search Services are greyed out.

I am unable to access a web console at all, despite the other services (barring a certificate issue related to iOS which we aren't interested in currently) all showing green. This is an On Premises version, running 15.4.1.

Am I missing something? I checked over the help guide but there was nothing there illustrating whether this kind of scenario came up, unless there are more extensive help guides anywhere.

Hi there

I raised a ticket with the technical support team in the end due to the time period I have on this project.

For those interested however, the resolution was to run the installer again, leaving any settings as they are and under the advanced settings for the installer then selecting upgrade. When the installer has finished, making sure to run Web Console (along with the other options).

This is a brand new instance, and there is only one deployment server running.

For reference, attached here is what I'm seeing from the system health, and with Web Console being greyed out I cannot access web console to register and begin testing deployments at all, and I haven't been able to access it since install. All pre requisites have been installed.

Hi Warren,

Thank you for requesting a response from SOTI Support Staff.

Is this the second Deployment server? When there are two Deployment servers, the second server, does not have Management services installed. If this is the case, it is the expected behaviour. If this is not case, please provide more details such as the steps of how to install MobiCOntrol installer.
