i'm not expert but witch error have you got when you make a remote on device android 6 or 7

I have device zebra tc75x under 6 and 7 (android +) with mobicontrol on version 13.4.3449 and all works without problem.

For to update device under android +, download update (zip file) on zebra site.

Add it on package.

Assign package to device 

Run a sync file action with stageNow action also 

It's work fine

tell us if you meet problem i have upgrade + 700 device without any problem :)

Thanks for the fast reply, well i dont see the button Remote Controll only Remote View on these devices. and they have the Plugin installed.

If the Android 6 and 7 TC51s are enrolled under Android Plus (Device Administrator) then you shouldn't need a plugin.

If they are instead enrolled under Android Enterprise, they will need both the Plugin and will need to be enrolled as Work Managed (Device Owner) devices.  If all of those criteria are met and you are still seeing Remote View then try sending the following script:

_resetfailedrcdetectionflag

restartagent

Thanks, this solved my issue. Upgrade to the next android version. Now i can remote controll the device
